Westrend Group consulting services usually involve issues related to strategic planning and organizational change.

Over the years we have worked with clients on assignments related to:

• An assessment of management arrangements for a multi billion dollar health care organization operating in multiple locations. The results produced a redesigned organization based on a clearer understanding of which functions should be centralized (common systems -centrally managed, which should be decentralized - common systems – managed locally and which should be shared – common systems managed with shared local and central responsibilities.)
• Organizational effectiveness – an assessment of one organizations business practices; this work led to significant performance improvement and increased net income.
• Ongoing work with a client who is now in the top 10% of their field on most generally accepted measures of performance including quality of service, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ongoing work with Boards and CEO’s on planning and organization effectiveness for a number of clients.

In each case the Westrend approach is based on building on what the client does well to improve the client organization’s effectiveness.
